Using FoldThrough, purchasing Pro, and getting help.

Authorized use

You may use FoldThrough to access computers you own or have permission to control. Keep your devices and credentials secure, approve only devices you recognize, and comply with the rules that apply to the computers, networks and software you access. Do not use FoldThrough for unauthorized access, surveillance, fraud, harassment or interference with other people’s systems.

App licenses

For copies distributed through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom agreement is expressly supplied with that copy. Other distributions include their applicable software and third-party license notices. These terms do not remove rights granted by open-source licenses or applicable consumer law.

FoldThrough Pro

Where available, Pro is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. The purchase screen identifies the price and included features. On iPhone and iPad, purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Signing in to a FoldThrough account lets the service associate an eligible purchase with your other devices; platform and hardware support still apply.

A Pro purchase unlocks the advertised software features. It does not make every device capable of every feature or guarantee a particular network speed or frame rate. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer confer Pro access. For a purchase problem, contact support; for an Apple refund request, use Apple’s purchase support.

Connections and availability

Your computer must be on, reachable and permitted to share its screen and accept input. Internet connections depend on network conditions and service availability. Relays may apply capacity, security and fair-use limits. Keep a separate way to access systems you rely on; FoldThrough is not an emergency-access guarantee. Features and supported platforms are described in the documentation.
